General:

I do my best to provide my customers with the best service and experience, and want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. 

Please be advised that your item(s) may be slightly different from its picture. I constantly work on improving my designs as well as jewelry proportion and balance, thus some jewelry pieces might be slightly modified to serve you better and last longer. 

I try to keep my shipping cost as low as possible and my jewelry comes in a nice folded envelope with a ribbon. Please click  HERE if you would like to see how it will look like. 

If you would like your order to be shipped in jewelry box (which doesn’t comply with our Canadian 2cm-slot rule) please contact me before proceeding with you order. 

You will receive a special anti-tarnish film that prevents your jewelry from tarnishing along with a care instruction card on how to store your sterling silver and copper jewelry.

Rubber stoppers will be attached to all my french-style earwires.

I'll provide FREE unlimited time repairs, however item should be sent to me at your own expense.

All your personal and contact information you provide during your transaction will remain confidential and WILL NOT be shared, traded or sold in any way with any other persons or parties.

 

Refunds and Exchange:

 

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $5.00 USD return fee applied to all earrings returned to me. This fee covers the cost of new replaced earwires where applicable. There is  absolutely no return for other earring designs with no earwires consisting one element only, e.g. hoops or hooks.
